Shipping policy

We offer two delivery options: Standard and Priority.

Our Standard Delivery takes 3-7 working days from the dispatch date, and is fulfilled through Royal Mail or Amazon Logistics. The delivery will be made by your local postal service, and unfortunately, this option does not come with tracking. If your order is eligible for free shipping, you can enjoy this delivery option without any additional cost.

If you prefer a quicker delivery, our Priority Delivery option might be the one for you. This option takes 1-2 working days from the dispatch date and is fulfilled through DPD or Amazon Logistics. This is a signed for service, and although we can add a note requesting for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a designated neighbor, this decision ultimately lies with the driver.
